You'll be hands on in driving new business yourself, not just managing a team that does. You will lead a small team including a Vehicle Logistics Specialist and have dotted line management for our Hub Sales Consultant. You'll manage the fleet, oversee the full customer journey (from onboarding through to exchanges and terminations), and keep vehicles moving and effectively utilised across the state. This role has a direct impact on the growth of our Perth hub, developing your team and creating an environment where they can do their best work.\nWhat you'll be doing\nManage and develop a team including a Product Expert and Vehicle Logistics Specialists. Leading monthly 1:1s, coaching and on-the-job mentoring\n\nPersonally drive new customer acquisition - actively prospecting, pitching and converting new drivers to Splend, in addition to growing local revenue performance and data integrity for South Australia\n\nOverseeing the lifecycle of our customers including on boarding, car inspections, exchanges, terminations and managing any escalations\n\nIdentify and convert maintenance revenue opportunities across our PAYG fleet\n\nManage daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the state’s Operation.
