You do not need to code, but you must be able to make sound product trade-offs in technical contexts.\n* **Data Product Mindset:** Proven ability to build products that improve data quality, usability, and trust (validation, normalization, monitoring, governance-oriented UX).\n* **Customer-Centric:** Strong empathy for both marketers (end-users) and technical stakeholders (implementers, data teams, partners).\n* **UX thinking:** Ability to design product experiences that reduce dependency on professional services and support, while still supporting complex enterprise needs.\n* **Excellent collaboration:** Able to align multiple teams on shared interfaces, standards, and platform decisions.\n* **Analytical mind**: Ability to simplify complex problems (understand, identify patterns, derive insightful conclusions, break irreversible decisions into smaller easy to reverse decisions)\n* **Innovation-Minded:** A passion for exploring new technologies like Agentic AI and a desire to innovate in the field of customer engagement and marketing technologies.\n* **Communication skills:** Clear communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
