As a part of Sportradar's international Finance team, your contribution ensures the continuation of this trajectory.\nReporting to a Data Analyst Manager you maximize the value creation of the commercial and operational teams by providing quantitative and qualitative analysis to our management with insights into what drives profitable growth.\nTHE CHALLENGE:\nAs member of the global Data Office, you will influence strategic and operational decision making by providing data driven analysis and insights\n“Tell the story” focusing on comprehensive analyses across product units, customer segments and other product/organizational dimension and providing market context and competitive benchmarks\nUtilizing AWS cloud-based analytics platform and framework find meaningful patterns in data to uncover opportunities to drive organic/inorganic growth as well as cost efficiencies.\nWork with business unit analysts and FP&A to pull together individual analysis and insight and provide a global, comprehensive overview for senior leadership decisions on strategic priorities.\nLead insight generation along end-2-end customer journeys on key SR technology platforms to influence product development strategies and maximise sport fan engagement\nProvide automated monitoring solutions of client sport data and AV stream consumption to ensure value maximization in revenue generation and pricing mechanisms.\nEnhance our big data and data warehousing solutions with specific focus on unified taxonomy, data governance, data cleaning / structuring /aggregation and visualization.\nDrive the development of internal data products, automation and visualization tools, self-service reporting and related training.\nABOUT YOU:\nPrevious 5 year of proven experience in working in a Data Analyst, Business Insights or FP&A role in in a high growth, blue chip, multinational business involving the use of advanced financial analysis and management reporting in an international scalable business.\nProven comprehension and ability to apply analytics techniques to problem solving\nStrong emphasis on quantitative and business process analysis skills\nProficiency with business planning techniques and related development of key performance indicators and systems of accountability for a large organization.\nDemonstrated technological proficiency in harnessing large data-sets across enterprise systems and building scalable system-enabled models/reporting frameworks.\nUndergraduate degree in Analytics, Data science, Business or Finance is required; completion of an MBA/MSc is a clear advantage.\nOutstanding analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve business problems with well-structured analyses communicated in an effective manner.\nFluent in English (written and spoken), any other European will be considered as a plus.\nExpert-level financial/business modelling skills in MS Excel, Analytics platforms and great storytelling using PowerPoint\nOUR OFFER:\nWork for and shape one of the fastest-growing digital sports companies in the world.\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\nInvestment in your continued development.\nWork in an international team collaborating with colleagues from all over the world.\nWhile we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation-both as individuals and as a company.
