You will define architecture, drive strategy across multiple teams, and have the kind of influence that makes the whole platform better - not just your corner of it. This is not a role for someone who wants to be told what to build.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and drive technical architecture and engineering strategy across multiple teams and product areas\nLead the design of scalable, high-performance distributed systems that process millions of real-time events daily\nOwn complex cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, from first principles through to production\nSet engineering standards, architecture principles, and the long-term technical roadmap for your area\nMentor Senior Engineers and act as the technical anchor for teams working through ambiguous, high-stakes problems\nInfluence engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders - and translate technical strategy into business outcomes they care about\nBring deep expertise in AWS, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures to decisions that matter at org level\nLead platform modernization, technical transformation, and large-scale migration initiatives where needed\nABOUT YOU:\nYou are a recognized technical leader with a track record that speaks for itself.
