You will be responsible for maintaining consolidated visibility, identifying delivery risks and trends, and ensuring important work is driven through to completion.\nThis is a hands-on delivery role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, creates structure, proactively identifies problems, and drives actions rather than simply tracking and reporting status.\nWhat you'll be doing\nIT Project & Initiative Management\nLead internal IT initiatives from requirements and planning through implementation, rollout, and operational handover.\nDefine scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and success criteria.\nCoordinate delivery across IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams.\nProactively manage risks, blockers, priorities, and cross-team dependencies.\nDrive decisions and ensure projects progress through to completion.\nProjects may cover areas such as IAM/SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, enterprise SaaS, endpoint technology, AWS/cloud services, corporate connectivity, internal systems, and IT automation.\nInformation Security Delivery Management\nCoordinate security-related initiatives and tasks across Information Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Platform, Red Team, and Blue Team.\nTrack vulnerability findings and remediation activities through to validation and closure.\nCoordinate follow-up actions from penetration testing, Red Team/Blue Team activities, security reviews, incidents, and security improvement programmes.\nEnsure security tasks have appropriate priority, ownership, target dates, and remediation plans.\nIdentify stalled or high-risk items and drive follow-up, prioritisation, and escalation where necessary.\nThe role does not perform security testing or vulnerability analysis directly, but should understand security concepts sufficiently to manage the delivery process effectively.\nJira, Task Governance & Analytics\nMaintain visibility of IT/IS work distributed across multiple Jira systems, projects, teams, and workflows.\nEstablish consolidated reporting across different Jira environments and maintain appropriate data quality and traceability.\nMonitor backlog, aging, remediation progress, overdue work, throughput, and other relevant delivery metrics.\nAnalyse historical and current data to identify trends, bottlenecks, recurring issues, and deteriorating performance.\nAutomate data collection, aggregation, and reporting where practical.\nThe objective is not simply to maintain dashboards, but to turn fragmented task data into actionable management information.\nCross-Team Coordination & Governance\nAct as a coordination point across Information Security, IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, Platform/DevOps, system owners, business functions, and management.\nMaintain clear visibility of risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and commitments.\nResolve unclear ownership and facilitate prioritisation where teams have competing priorities.\nProvide concise management reporting focused on progress, trends, risks, exceptions, and decisions required.\nEstablish appropriate project and task governance without introducing unnecessary process.\nWhat you'll bring\n5+ years of experience in IT/IS Project Management, Security Project Management, Technology Project Management, or a similar role.\nExperience delivering technology or security initiatives across multiple technical teams.\nExperience working with Information Security and Engineering organisations.\nStrong experience with Jira-based task and backlog management.\nExperience working across multiple Jira projects, workflows, or systems.\nExperience producing consolidated reporting, KPIs, and trend analysis from task-level data.\nStrong project management skills covering scope, priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nEven better if you have \nExperience managing vulnerability remediation programmes.\nExperience coordinating Red Team / Blue Team activities.\nExperience consolidating data from multiple Jira instances.\nExperience automating Jira reporting or building operational dashboards.\nExperience with AWS or cloud security environments.\nExperience in large-scale online or high-availability technology organisations.\nPMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Security+, Agile, or Scrum certification.\nWhat’s in it for you\nSporty is a remote first company in pursuit of sustainability\nA competitive salary + individual performance based bonuses every quarter\n28 days paid annual leave\nOur core working hours are 10am-3pm in your local time zone with flexibility outside of this\nReferral bonuses & flash bonuses\nTop of the line equipment\nAnnual company retreats to provide great internal networking opportunities\nInterview Process\nRemote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team \nOnline aptitude test via TestGorilla\nRemote video interview with Team Members (3*45 Mins)\nIf you're interested, we encourage you to apply!
