About the role

Reporting to the Head of Games Operations, the Regional Lobby Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimisation of games lobbies across our LATAM markets, with a primary focus on Brazil and Mexico.

The Regional Lobby Manager will manage the sporty games lobby, ensuring optimal game positioning, effective promotions, strong supplier alignment, and high-quality internal reporting. The role plays a critical part in shaping the player experience and driving performance across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and manage the sporty games lobby across all core LATAM markets (including BR and MX), ensuring optimal game positioning aligned with commercial strategy and player behaviour
  • Maximise visibility and discoverability of key games, promotions, and new releases within LATAM lobbies
  • Upload, schedule, and maintain promotional banners and in-lobby content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely execution
  • Configure and maintain game settings, limits, and parameters in line with product, commercial, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the regional point of contact for supplier needs related to lobby management, promotions, and releases
  • Partner closely with Product and Tech teams on testing, new feature rollouts, and improvements to categorisation and navigation
  • Optimise localisation across LATAM markets, ensuring content, naming, and presentation are culturally and linguistically appropriate
  • Use a data-driven approach to monitor lobby performance, player engagement, and promotional effectiveness, turning insights into actionable improvements
  • Produce and share clear internal feedback, performance updates, and reports to support decision-making across teams
  • Manage games-related escalations and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
  • Plan, coordinate, and map new game releases across LATAM markets, with a particular focus on sporty games
  • Align closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all lobby content and configurations meet local regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate on release plans with internal studios and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth execution and strong regional impact

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience working with online casino games, ideally in lobby management, games operations, or content optimisation
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market, particularly Brazil; local market knowledge is highly desirable
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with suppliers and internal partners
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational environment with competing priorities

What's in it for you

  • Office in São Paulo City!
  • A competitive salary + individual performance based bonuses every quarter
  • 28 days paid annual leave
  • Referral bonuses & flash bonuses
  • Top of the line equipment
  • Annual company retreats to provide great internal networking opportunities
