Working across brand and communications, the team creates work that connects with audiences around the world.\nWe're looking for a Global Creative Lead to shape the visual direction of Reverb and lead a talented team of graphic designers, motion designers, and producers. You'll combine creative vision with hands-on leadership, helping the team deliver distinctive, high-quality work while building an environment where people can collaborate, experiment, and grow.\nReporting to the Director, Global Experiential & Content Production, you'll play a key role in shaping the studio's creative output and how we work together.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and develop a team of approximately 5-6 graphic designers, motion designers, and producers, supporting their creative growth and career development.\nShape the visual and motion design direction across Reverb projects, creating distinctive work that brings Spotify's brand and stories to life.\n\nPartner with teams across brand, communications, marketing, and production to turn creative briefs into engaging visual experiences across channels and formats.\n\nGuide creative development from concept through delivery, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and thoughtful design decisions.\n\nManage project intake, priorities, budgets, timelines, and resources to help the team deliver meaningful work across multiple projects.\n\nCollaborate with Reverb's creative and production leads to build a connected, effective studio and a consistent creative experience.\n\nPresent creative concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders, explaining the thinking behind decisions and building alignment.\n\nWork with internal teams and external creative partners to maintain design quality, manage production needs, and navigate relevant legal and licensing requirements.\n\nWho You Are\nYou bring 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, brand identity, and motion design.\n\nYou have 4+ years of experience leading creative teams, with a thoughtful approach to coaching, feedback, and helping others develop their craft.\n\nYou're comfortable shaping creative direction across digital, social, advertising, editorial, and long-form brand content, adapting your approach to different audiences and formats.\n\nYou have experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and relevant visual or motion design tools, and you're curious about how emerging technologies can support the creative process.\n\nYou know how to balance creative ambition with practical delivery, making thoughtful decisions around timelines, budgets, and resources.\n\nYou communicate creative ideas clearly and enjoy collaborating with designers, producers, and partners across different disciplines and regions.\n\nYou have experience working with external creative studios, production companies, and partners, including managing budgets, contracts, and production workflows.\n\nYou care about creating an inclusive, supportive team environment where different perspectives are valued, feedback is welcomed, and people can do their best work.\n\nWhere You'll Be\nThis role is based in New York City.\n\nWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
