This is an opportunity to influence how Spotify's products evolve while making a meaningful impact on listeners and creators around the world.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with engineering leaders to explore technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide decisions that improve product performance, reliability, and scalability.\nDevelop shared platform capabilities that help teams build consistent, high-quality experiences across Spotify.\nImprove the adoption and long-term value of platform capabilities by gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and supporting teams that use them.\nBalance new product opportunities with technical improvements, including system performance, quality, simplification, and platform migrations.\nUse experimentation, prototypes, technical exploration, and feedback to test ideas, learn quickly, and adapt your approach.\nBuild alignment across teams by communicating priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly, helping partners work toward shared outcomes.\nWho You Are\nYou have 5+ years of product management experience, including experience building or improving technical platforms, shared systems, or capabilities that support consumer products.\nYou understand client and backend technologies and can work with engineers to connect technical decisions to user needs and business outcomes.\nYou're familiar with mobile development for iOS or Android, including areas such as app performance, reliability, user interface architecture, or design systems.\nYou have experience guiding products or platforms beyond launch, improving adoption, managing technical debt, and supporting systems as needs evolve.\nYou can evaluate technical trade-offs and make thoughtful decisions about when to improve existing systems, simplify solutions, or invest in new capabilities.\nYou use data, research, experimentation, and sound judgment to make product decisions, including when traditional A/B testing isn't the right approach.\nYou communicate complex ideas clearly, welcome different perspectives, and build strong relationships across engineering, design, and data teams.\nYou're comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership of complex challenges, and adapting your approach as you learn.\nWhere You’ll Be\nThis role is based in Stockholm or London.\nWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
