models.\n\nWork closely with internal teams (product, R&D, commercial) to ensure alignment between partnerships and company strategy.\n\nSupport international expansion through partner-driven models.\n\nRepresent Spotlab in key industry forums and meetings.\n\nRequirements\nProfile:\nStrong hybrid profile combining business development experience with technical understanding.\n\nProven track record in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales, ideally within healthtech, medtech, pharma, or deep tech.\n\nUnderstand how the healthcare ecosystem works and where the real opportunities are.\n\nStructured, reliable, comfortable in ambiguity and able to build from scratch.\n\nStrong communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.\n\nFluent in Spanish and
