scale.\n\nHow You'll Help Us Build : \n\n- Designing, writing, and executing comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend services.\n\n- Performing functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing across product releases.\n\n- Collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into thorough test scenarios.\n\n- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects with clear reproduction steps, severity classification, and supporting evidence.\n\n- Defining and monitoring quality assurance metrics to drive continuous quality and process improvements.\n\n- Leveraging AI tools to assist in test case generation, test data creation, exploratory test ideation, and defect summarization.\n\n- Supporting and contributing to automation efforts by reviewing automated test results, flagging gaps, and working alongside SDETs to improve coverage.\n\n- Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders regarding test progress, risks, blockers, and release readiness.\n\n- Estimating testing efforts, identifying risks, and contributing to mitigation plans to meet project schedules.\n\n- Working closely with the engineering and QA team to continuously improve testing processes, checklists, and quality benchmarks.\n\nExperience You Bring : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of manual QA / functional testing experience.\n\n- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle, and QA best practices.\n\n- Hands-on experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or similar.\n\n- Ability to write clear, structured, and reusable test cases and test plans.\n\n- Familiarity with at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, PlayWrite).\n\n- Basic SQL knowledge to validate data and assist with backend verification.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira for defect tracking and test management.\n\n- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude for productivity tasks as part of the team's established AI-assisted QA workflow.\n\n- Good understanding of web application architecture and how frontend, backend, and APIs interact.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.\n\n- Clear verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.\n\n- A curious, quality-first mindset with the initiative to ask \"what could go wrong?\" before it does.\n\nBonus
