You will help build the experiences travelers and travel managers use to search, book, and manage air travel.\n\nThis is an end-to-end ownership role. You will work across engineering, product, and design to turn complex customer and business problems into simple, reliable experiences. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, requirements may be incomplete, and delivering the right solution quickly matters.\n\nHow You'll Help Us Build\n\nOwn frontend features from problem definition and technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.\nDevelop a strong understanding of our customers, the travel domain, and the business outcomes behind the products you build.\nPartner with product managers and designers to refine requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape intuitive user experiences.\nDesign and build scalable, accessible, and high-performing web and mobile experiences using React, TypeScript, and React Native.\nCollaborate with backend engineers to define APIs, data contracts, error handling, and system behavior.\nMake pragmatic architectural decisions that balance delivery speed with quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.\nUse AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.\nApply sound engineering judgment when using AI: validate generated output, protect customer and company data, and remain accountable for the quality and security of what is delivered.\nUse customer feedback, product data, and operational signals to identify problems and improve the product.\nRaise the engineering bar through thoughtful reviews, testing, observability, technical guidance, and mentorship.\nAdapt quickly as business needs change and help the team move from ambiguity to execution.\n\nExperience You Bring\n\n7+ years of professional experience building and operating customer-facing web or mobile applications.\nStrong experience with *React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS*; React Native experience is highly valued.\nA solid understanding of frontend architecture, browser APIs, state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.\nExperience building reusable component systems and applying established design-system patterns.\nStrong product judgment and an ability to connect technical decisions with customer and business needs.\nExperience working closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams.\nThe ability to communicate tradeoffs clearly, challenge ideas constructively, and influence decisions across functions.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving you identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive work forward without waiting for detailed instructions.\nComfort using AI tools as an engineering accelerator while independently evaluating their accuracy, maintainability, security, and suitability for the problem.\nExperience delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nA bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience\n\nWhat To Expect Next\n\nThe process typically begins with an introductory call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, where we'll discuss your background, career aspirations, and what makes Spotnana a great fit for you.
