Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be at the forefront of driving growth and building meaningful client relationships.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProactively conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.\n\nBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and report on your outreach and performance regularly.\n\nCollaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting high-potential accounts and breaking into new markets.\n\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively tailor your outreach and conversations.\n\nWhat you'll need\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; able to clearly convey value and build trust.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.\n\nSelf-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.\n\nComfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.\n\nWhat we offer\nBase salary: $18,000 MXN/month\n\nUncapped commission structure - the more you sell, the more you earn!\n\nFood vouchers: $1,500 MXN/month\n\nHealth and dental insurance\n\nChristmas bonus: 20 days\n\nLaw-mandated benefits\n\nProfessional development and growth opportunities\n\nTotal Pass (Wellness & fitness program)\n\nWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
