If you’re looking to make an impact with heart and hustle, SpotOn is the place for you.\nThis is a hybrid role working out of our Honolulu office.\nWe’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Client Experience Specialist to join our Hawaiʻi team. This role will provide hands-on, local support to restaurant and hospitality clients throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing use of SpotOn technology.\nHawaiʻi has a significant Chinese-speaking business community, and this position will play an important role in helping us provide a better experience for clients who prefer to communicate in Chinese. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, comfortable with technology, and excited to work directly with local businesses.\nResponsibilities\nProvide local client support in both Chinese and English\n\nAssist restaurant and hospitality clients with questions, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support needs\n\nSupport new clients throughout onboarding, setup, implementation, and go-live Help translate or clarify product, operational, and support information for Chinese-speaking clients\n\nCoordinate with the Hawaiʻi sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure client issues are resolved quickly\n\nConduct follow-ups with clients to ensure they are comfortable and successful with their SpotOn products\n\nAssist with basic POS hardware and software troubleshooting\n\nEscalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed\n\nMaintain accurate notes and communication regarding client requests and outstanding items\n\nProvide an exceptional, relationship-focused customer experience\n\nQualifications\nFluent in Chinese and English\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nCustomer-service mindset and willingness to help\n\nComfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues\n\nHighly organized, responsive, and dependable\n\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively\n\nComfortable working directly with restaurant owners, managers, and staff\n\nRestaurant, hospitality, customer service, technology, or POS experience is a plus, but not required\n\nWhat's in it for you\nCompensation:\nOur base pay range for this role is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour\n\nBenefits:\nAt SpotOn, we put people above everything else.
