If you’re looking to make an impact with heart and hustle, SpotOn is the place for you.\nPosition Objective\nThe Associate Hardware Shipping Specialist supports warehouse operations by assisting in picking, packing, and shipping hardware orders. This role focuses on developing accuracy, speed, and familiarity with fulfillment processes while contributing to a smooth outbound workflow.\nResponsibilities\nPick and pack orders under guidance, ensuring correct SKUs and quantities.\n\nFollow packing standards to minimize damage during transit.\n\nEnter fulfillment data accurately into internal systems.\n\nAssist in staging shipments and preparing boxes for carrier pickup.\n\nSupport inventory put-aways, bin organization, and cycle counts.\n\nReport order or inventory discrepancies promptly to senior team members.\n\nFollow all warehouse safety and handling procedures.\n\nParticipate in training on shipping systems and tools.\n\nDeliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.\n\nReview and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.\n\nIdentify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n\nSkills & Knowledge\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn fulfillment processes.\n\nBasic understanding of shipping workflows and warehouse organization.\n\nFamiliarity with shipping tools (UPS WorldShip, ShipStation) a plus.\n\nAbility to follow step-by-step processes and maintain accuracy.\n\nEagerness to learn NetSuite and related systems.\n\nPrevious Experience\n1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.\n\nExperience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.\n\nEducation / Professional Training\nA high school diploma or GED is required.\n\nAssociate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.\n\nAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\n\nLanguages & Level of Proficiency\nFluent in English (written and verbal).\n\nAdditional languages are preferred but not required.\n\nCompensation:\nOur base pay range is $16.00 - $19.50 for this role\n\nOffers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.\n\nBenefits:\nAt SpotOn, we put people above everything else.
