This Product Leader will oversee our Intelligence, Reporting, and\nInnovative AI teams. They will report directly to our Global Head of Product Management and work closely with our C-Suite to create strategy, define roadmaps, and build genuinely impactful, innovative products.\nIn this role you will:\nBe a driving force of defining the product strategy for your product areas and a major\ncontributor to SpotOn’s overall product strategy.\nBe data driven and deep into the metrics and efforts that achieve the goals of our\ncompany and our customers.\nManage a team of Product Managers as the team investigates market opportunities,\nbuilds the product roadmap, and makes strategic adjustments as needed based on client\nneeds, data, and business priority.\nBe forward thinking in your approach to product vision and design. The world is rapidly\nevolving with AI and we believe that SpotOn must lead, not chase if we want to be\nauthors of the future of the industry we love.\nWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and\nSupport to elicit, understand, rationalize, and prioritize requests for new functionality.\nAssess market competition, client preferences, emerging technologies, and industry\ntrends to identify\nQualifications:\n7+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent, with at least 5 years\nmanaging and coaching a team of Product Managers.\nFluency with AI tools like Claude, Vercel, or similar.\nDemonstrated instances of “getting out of the building” to put yourself in the customer’s\nshoes to understand their needs / how they interact with our products. Note: it is not\nuncommon for Product leaders at SpotOn to work shifts at our customer’s\nrestaurants/bars.\nExperience and comfort operating in metrics-driven work environments that leverages\ndata to make informed decisions.\nStrong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience designing\nand delivering quality products.\nAn ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative process.\nStrong communication and presentation skills. This role requires presenting to multiple\naudiences ranging from groups of SMBs to seasoned Investors and Executives.\nExperience making decisions with imperfect information and comfort managing teams\nthrough ambiguity, and complexity.\nPast restaurant experience, especially working in a restaurant, is a serious plus, but not\na hard requirement\nCompensation:\nBase pay: range starts at $275,000 -$320,000 for this role\nEquity package: TBD based on the seniority of the candidate.\nOffers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.\nBenefits:\nAt SpotOn, we put people above everything else.
