animations, sound effects, music, and visual effects.\n\nSource and incorporate stock footage, AI-generated assets, and other creative materials when needed.\n\nOptimize videos for different social media platforms and advertising formats.\n\nCollaborate with copywriters, marketers, designers, and other creative team members throughout the production process.\n\nStay up to date with editing trends, viral content formats, and emerging creative techniques.\n\nManage multiple editing projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.\n\nExperience creating short-form content and video advertisements.\n\nExperience with Morioka-style design, 3D animation, and modern SaaS-style animations is highly preferred.\n\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.\n\nStrong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.\n\nExperience with motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and a
