right step and that recruiters follow up on time, and prepares simple daily and weekly reports for management.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview applicant records every day to make sure they are accurate and up to date\n\nMake sure applicants are moving through each step of the hiring process on time\n\nSpot applicants who have not moved forward and follow up with the recruiter\n\nCatch and report records that were updated incorrectly\n\nMessage recruiters in Slack about applicants who need attention, and let their manager know if there is no response\n\nReporting\nDaily report on applicants that need follow up and records that need fixing\n\nWeekly report on recruiting progress and hiring numbers\n\nRequirements\n1+ year in recruiting, operations, data entry or a similar role\n\nExperience with a CRM or applicant tracking system, and Google Sheets or Excel\n\nStrong attention to detail and clear written communication\n\nBachelor's degree in a related field is preferred\n\nCoursework or training in business, data or operations is required\n\nTrucking or logistics experience is a plus\n\nKPIs\nReview all applicant records every working day\n\nRaise any issue with the recruiter within 1 business day\n\nSend daily and weekly reports on time\n\nKeep applicant records accurate and up to date\n\nCompensation\n$200 Weekly\n\nOther Requirements\nReliable internet and computer (remote role)\n\nAvailable during US Central business hours\n\nWorking hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Chicago time (Central), Monday to
