If your resume is approved, you'll receive the\nassessment afterwards.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and ship complete features across React frontend and Django backend.\n\nDevelop responsive web apps using React and Material UI (MUI).\n\nDesign backend services and APIs using Python + Django (DRF or similar).\n\nCreate clean, responsive UIs with React that connect to our services.\n\nImplement algorithmic/AI logic (scoring, ranking, decision rules) and surface it in the UI.\n\nWrite pragmatic, production-ready code that ships fast and iterates easily.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong proficiency in React and Material UI.\n\nAttention to detail: You care about alignment, spacing, and how the app feels to the user.\n\nComfortable designing and building RESTful APIs (bonus if you’ve used DRF or similar frameworks).\n\nExperience working on non-trivial business logic or algorithms (e.g., decision flows, scoring rules, optimization logic).\n\nGood instincts around performance: understanding query behavior, avoiding obvious pitfalls, and using caching when it counts.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly.\n\nBonus Points For\nComfortable coding with AI assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).\n\nExperience shipping complete products in startups, side projects, or hackathons.\n\nBackground in algorithms or data-heavy systems.\n\nExperience with GCP, Redis, or Docker/Kubernetes.\n\nFamiliarity shipping mobile apps with React Native.\nThis role is a central piece of our product roadmap, and we're aiming to fill it quickly once we\nmeet the right person.
