scenarios, and concepts to life on camera.\n\nDevelop and adapt scripts when needed to make content feel natural, engaging, and appropriate for the platform.\n\nProduce creative content beyond standard talking-head videos, using different locations, characters, props, camera angles, transitions, and storytelling techniques.\n\nUse strong visual, verbal, and viral hooks to capture viewers' attention within the first few seconds.\n\nResearch social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging UGC styles and apply relevant ideas to new content.\n\nRecord high-quality video and audio using appropriate camera, lighting, and microphone equipment.\n\nCollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective UGC concepts.\n\nRecord multiple variations of content, hooks, scripts, and calls to action for testing.\n\nIncorporate feedback and make revisions to content when required.\n\nMaintain consistent quality and meet agreed content deadlines.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong on-camera presence and confidence communicating naturally on video.\n\nAbility to follow scripts while delivering lines naturally rather than sounding scripted.\n\nAbility to interpret and portray different characters, personalities, and scenarios.\n\nStrong understanding of UGC and short-form video content.\n\nExperience creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of visual hooks, viral hooks, storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention.\n\nCreative mindset with the ability to turn simple concepts into engaging videos.\n\nStrong camera and microphone quality suitable for professional content creation.\n\nAbility to independently plan and record content.\n\nStrong spoken and written English communication.\n\nAmerican accent preferred.\n\nAvailability to work and collaborate during Chicago business hours (Central Time).\n\nNice to have\nPrevious experience creating UGC for technology, SaaS, B2B, trucking, logistics, or transportation brands.\n\nA dedicated home studio or professional content creation setup.\n\nAccess to a green screen and appropriate lighting equipment.\n\nAccess to relevant filming locations such as trucks, truck stops, gas stations, warehouses, garages, or logistics environments.\n\nExperience developing scripts or contributing creative concepts for UGC campaigns.\n\nExperience creating paid social media advertisements or performance marketing content.\n\nBasic video editing skills.\n\nFamiliarity with content performance metrics and A/B testing different hooks, formats, and calls to action.\n\nRequirements\n1+ year of UGC content creation experience, ideally working with technology or B2B brands.\n\nA portfolio or examples of previous UGC/video content demonstrating strong on-camera ability and creativity.\n\nReliable camera, microphone, lighting, and internet setup for producing high-quality content remotely.\n\nAbility to create more than traditional talking-head videos and confidently experiment with characters, locations, props, and creative formats.\n\nAbility to follow creative direction, scripts, and brand guidelines while maintaining an authentic UGC style.\n\nReliable availability during Chicago working hours.\n\nWhat we
