As Spreedly scales, this role will shape our go-to-market infrastructure through solution templates, demo assets, and mentoring, making it an ideal opportunity for impact and professional growth.\nThis is a US-based customer-facing role supporting primarily US customers and cross-functional teams operating within US business hours. Success in this role requires regular travel within the United States and the ability to work in alignment with US customer and internal stakeholder schedules.\nResponsibilities:\nLead technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers to identify needs and align use cases to Spreedly's capabilities\nDeliver compelling demos, architecture diagrams, and documentation that support sales conversations and technical evaluation\nTranslate business and technical requirements into actionable solution proposals and implementation plans that support scalability and reuse\nDevelop and maintain reusable demo environments, solution artifacts, and objection handling templates\nWork with Product and Engineering teams to provide prospect feedback and ensure solution feasibility\nPartner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth implementation handoffs\nServe as a technical expert in RFPs, security reviews, and compliance questionnaires\nEducate internal teams on platform capabilities, integration patterns, and sales enablement materials\nRequirements:\n3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment\nIndustry experience with eCommerce, PSPs, payment orchestration, or payment platforms\nBackground in payments, card-not-present commerce, fraud, or gateways preferred\nStrong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles (especially REST and webhooks)\nFamiliarity with scripting or backend programming (Python, Ruby, or JavaScript a plus)\nExperience collaborating with Sales and Product teams on enterprise deals\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing documentation\nAbility to simplify complex technical topics
