# EHS Manager

Spreetail is seeking an EHS Manager Safety Manager in our Ellabell, Georgia FC to own both the strategy and the hands-on execution of safety programs across our fulfillment center, building a proactive safety culture where compliance is lived every day, not just documented. This is an onsite role, five days per week, and a true individual contributor position for someone ready to roll up their sleeves. You won’t manage from a desk. You’ll be a constant presence on the floor, conducting walk-throughs, leading incident investigations, and delivering training. With no dedicated Safety Supervisors in place, you’ll personally carry out the full breadth of the work needed to keep every associate safe and every program audit-ready. How you will achieve success: Own the injury metrics. Take ownership of ORIR and LTI rates, keeping them at or below industry benchmarks for warehouse and e-fulfillment operations. You own the data, partner with Operations to identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions to completion. Run every recordable to ground.
