You'll sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy, coordinating daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building the reporting and insights that keep our network running efficiently.\nHow you will achieve success:\nOperational Execution & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.\n Data & Performance Management - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.\nCarrier & Contract Support - Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.\nCross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.\n Ad Hoc Analysis & Project Support - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.\nWhat experience will help you in this role:\n2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nAdvanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \nHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
