Conduct structured 1-on-1s, drive talent retention, and cultivate internal promotion pipelines.\n\nCapacity Planning & Carrier Coordination: Partner with supply chain planning and freight carriers to balance labor forecasting against inbound/outbound volume and yard capacity.\n\nCross-Functional Communication: Serve as the direct operational point of contact for external marketplace partners and carrier reps to resolve exceptions, transit delays, and vendor compliance discrepancies in real time.\n\nSafety & Standards Compliance: Champion a zero-incident culture by enforcing safety protocols, auditing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintaining high 5S facility standards.\n\nWhat experience will help you in this role:\nLeadership Experience: 2-4 years of direct supervisory experience managing hourly frontline teams, preferably in a high-volume fulfillment center, distribution hub, or manufacturing environment.\n\nAnalytical & Data Competency: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) with a demonstrated ability to interpret production metrics to make shift-level labor adjustments.\n\nProcess Documentation: Practical experience in process mapping, drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training diverse workforces to standardized work instructions.\n\nHigh Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback, resolve floor conflicts constructively, and foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture.\n\nOperational Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard shifts, including peak-season surges, alternating weekends, or extended hours as business volume
