Delivery and Program Operations Manager

Job Description:

• Track Delivery strategic goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Build and manage budgets, evaluate options and costs, and flag risks and decisions requiring leadership attention
• Manage Delivery leadership calendars, meetings, logistics, invitations, communications, and materials
• Track action items and follow-ups through completion
• Plan and coordinate travel for Delivery leaders and staff
• Collect OKR progress updates and maintain key results, owners, and due dates
• Prepare OKR status summaries and dashboards for the VP of Integrated Operations and Delivery leadership
• Coordinate quarterly OKR reviews and planning sessions
• Coordinate Delivery All-Hands meetings, recordings, edited content, presentation decks, and follow-up communications
• Manage Delivery group communications and distribution lists
• Connect Delivery teams with Integrated Operations shared services and route requests to appropriate owners
• Apply operational processes, templates, and checklists and recommend improvements
• Plan and execute leadership offsites, client events, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities
• Manage event venues, vendors, quotes, contracts, deposits, schedules, transportation, and deliverables
• Provide financial oversight for initiatives, events, travel, and related spending
• Review vendor pricing, proposals, contracts, invoices, deposits, and final billing
• Present cost, logistics, and value tradeoffs and recommended paths forward to leadership
• Support timesheet administration and coordinate spot bonus requests
• Order gifts, flowers, recognition items, and manage team holiday gifts
• Handle special projects and identify opportunities to streamline administrative work using AI tools and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with experience considered in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of progressive experience in delivery operations, business operations, program or project management, or a related operations role partnering with senior leaders
• Proven experience planning and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives such as leadership offsites and client events, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contracting
• Demonstrated experience building and managing budgets, analyzing costs against plan, and ensuring financial accuracy and accountability
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate options, weigh cost, risk, and value, and make clear recommendations to leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems such as Deltek Costpoint and ADP
• Comfort using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale operations
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential business, financial, and personnel information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and coordinate across Delivery, Integrated Operations, clients, and vendors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with federal contractor business practices, including cost tracking and compliance in a Costpoint environment
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or other federal clearance as required
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
• Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting on days working remote
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer participates in E-Verify
