You will own technical direction across the full development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and work with stakeholders to deliver reliable, performant, maintainable systems.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nTechnical Leadership\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack, back-end, front-end, and database developers\nSet coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices across the .NET, Angular, and SQL layers\nRun design, code reviews, and ensure quality in every deliverable\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, and work plans\nMake and document architectural decisions (ADRs) and manage technical debt\nApplication Development (.NET and Angular)\nDesign and build back-end services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core or Dapper\nGuide the development of Angular front ends: component architecture, RxJS, state management (NgRx or similar), routing, forms, and performance\nDefine API contracts (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger) and keep the front end and back end well integrated\nApply authentication and authorization (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, Azure AD/Entra ID) and secure coding practices\nChoose sensibly between ORM-generated queries and hand-written stored procedures\nDatabase Development (SQL Server)\nDesign and optimize schemas, indexes, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers\nWrite and tune complex Transact-SQL (CTEs, window functions, MERGE, dynamic SQL, transactions, error handling)\nApply set theory (joins, unions, intersections, differences, relational algebra) to replace row-by-row (cursor/RBAR) logic with set-based solutions\nDiagnose performance issues using execution plans, DMVs, and Query Store. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.\nPAY RANGE\nThe base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements.
