Other duties may be assigned.\nDesign and optimize product images, infographics, lifestyle graphics, and marketing assets for eCommerce platforms. \nCreate marketplace-compliant content for Amazon, Walmart, Lowe's, and other online retailers. \nProduce product imagery through photo retouching, compositing, color correction, background removal, and image enhancement. \nDevelop Amazon A+ Content, storefront assets, comparison charts, banners, and promotional graphics. \nTranslate product features and technical information into clear, customer-focused visual content. \nUtilize AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, content creation, and image production workflows. \nMaintain brand consistency across all digital assets. \nOrganize creative assets and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. \nQualifications:\n2-4 years of graphic design experience, including eCommerce, digital merchandising, or marketplace content. \nStrong portfolio showcasing product imagery, infographics, and digital marketing assets. \nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. \nExperience creating content for Amazon, Walmart, or other major eCommerce platforms. \nUnderstanding of marketplace image standards, digital marketing, and conversion-focused design. \nStrong organizational, communication, and project management skills. \nEducation/Experience:\nAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field along with a minimum of 2-4 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience\nPreferred Skills\nExperience creating Amazon A+ Content and marketplace storefronts. \nAdvanced photo retouching, compositing, and product image editing skills. \nFamiliarity with AI image generation and creative automation tools. \nExperience producing high-volume eCommerce content. \nKnowledge of DAM systems and digital asset management workflows. \nExperience in office products, furniture, commercial products, or janitorial categories is a plus. \nCharacteristics\nCreative thinker with a strong visual eye \nDetail-oriented and organized \nCollaborative and team-focused \nSelf-motivated and adaptable \nPositive attitude with strong problem-solving skills \nPassion for design, branding, and visual communication \nSuccess in This Role\nYou'll combine creative design expertise with eCommerce best practices to create compelling, conversion-focused content that strengthens our brand and drives business growth.\nLanguage Ability:\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
