They partner with our providers and patients in growing their families. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to join our team. Because of the very high level of care we deliver, we are looking to hire a lively, enthusiastic person who is creative and able to provide personalized care in a fast-paced environment.\nSome day-to-day responsibilities include: \nMakes an excellent first impression for all incoming patients\nChecks patients in and out for appointments and manages clinic-wide schedule\nMonitors and facilitates patient compliance and readiness for their initial visit\nSchedules a wide array of appointments for patients and anesthesia for the surgical center\nProcesses patients’ payments and creates receipt batch for Finance\nProactively advocates for patients\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor’s degreerequired\nExceptional customer service skills \nEmployment Type\nThis is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.\nCompensation\nThe pay for this role is $20-25/hr.
