It includes commission opportunities for successful resident move-ins.\nThe coordinator will help prospective residents and families understand our program, gather the documentation required for review, and move through the admissions process. The position also involves consistent sales follow-up, referral outreach, and helping qualified prospective residents successfully complete the move-in process.\nThe ideal candidate has experience as an Admissions Coordinator or in a similar role within a nursing home, hospital, assisted living community, or other healthcare setting. Experience working with Medicaid eligibility, documentation, or admissions is strongly preferred.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as an initial point of contact for referrals, prospective residents, families, and community partners\nExplain the ALP program and admissions requirements to prospective residents, families, and referral sources\nGather financial, medical, and other documentation required for eligibility review and admission\nReview prospective residents with the Executive Director and RN\nCoordinate each applicant’s next steps and maintain communication throughout the admissions process\nConsistently follow up with prospects, families, and referral sources\nAssist with sales, marketing, outreach, and referral-development activities\nTrack prospects, admissions, referrals, and move-ins\nComplete monthly eMEVS Medicaid eligibility reviews\nAssist with lease renewals, including collecting current proof of income and documentation required to recalculate subsidy agreements\nPrepare the biweekly employee schedule\nMaintain organized and up-to-date Executive Director files\nAssist with supply ordering, stocking, and general office organization\nProvide additional administrative support to the Executive Director as needed\nQualifications:\nExperience in admissions within a nursing home, hospital, assisted living community, or healthcare setting strongly preferred\nExperience working with Medicaid eligibility, documentation, or admissions strongly preferred\nPrior sales, outreach, or referral-development experience is a plus\nStrong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills\nComfortable speaking with residents, families, referral sources, and healthcare professionals\nOrganized and able to manage multiple applicants,
