You’ll work across packaging, campaigns, digital content, events, partnerships and our cafés in Nairobi and London, while also contributing to bigger conversations about where the brand goes next.\n\nYou’ll work with teams across the business and with external creative partners to make sure everything we put into the world feels distinctly Spring Valley.\n\nWhat’s In It For You\n\nHelp shape the next chapter of a proudly African specialty coffee brand with a growing international presence.\n\nWork across a wide range of brand touchpoints, from packaging and campaigns to cafés, digital and events.\n\nBring ideas to life and see your work directly experienced by our customers.\n\nWork with designers, photographers, printers and other creative partners.\n\nBuild your experience across brand, marketing, creative and customer experience.\n\nWork alongside a passionate team in specialty coffee and hospitality.\n\nLocation & Work Structure\n\nFull-time role based in Nairobi, working closely with teams across the business.\n\nThe role will support brand activity across our Nairobi and London cafés, as well as our wider business.\n\nYou will work with both internal teams and external creative partners.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\nProtect and develop the Spring Valley brand identity across every customer touchpoint.\n\nDevelop and execute campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.\n\nWork on packaging, menus, signage, printed materials and other physical brand assets.\n\nHelp shape how the brand comes to life across our cafés in Nairobi and London.\n\nSupport events, collaborations and brand partnerships.\n\nBrief and manage designers, photographers, printers and other creative partners.\n\nBring fresh ideas to improve how we communicate with our customers.\n\nWork closely with teams across the business to ensure our brand is consistently represented.\n\nHelp shape our website and ecommerce platforms.\n\nContribute to broader brand and marketing strategy as the business grows.\n\nExperience & Attributes\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management or a related role.\n\nStrong understanding of brand principles, positioning and visual identity.\n\nExcellent creative judgement and a strong eye for design.\n\nHigh attention to detail, particularly across typography, photography, packaging and language.\n\nConfident using Canva;
