Ensures all Springbrook grounds are safe, clean, and well maintained through direct participation, organization, and oversight of grounds-related work.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform routine landscape maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, pruning, soil preparation, planting, mulching, and leaf removal.\nPerform all phases of snow removal including, but not limited to, plowing, salting, shoveling, and roof clearing.\nAssume a maintenance leadership role through direct workload participation, organization, and oversight of grounds-related activities.\nDevelop and manage staff work plans based on agency needs and goals.\nPromote and maintain a safe working environment for staff and the individuals we support.\nMaintain and enforce agency policies and procedures.\nOperate land-clearing and earth-moving equipment as needed.\nMaintain work areas, equipment, and tools in safe and working condition.\nAssume accountability for agency equipment and ensure proper care and usage.\nPerform all duties in accordance with current safety standards and best practices.\nRespond to emergency situations and on-call requests as required.\nAdhere to all Springbrook policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
