Notify Procurement Manager of such damage.\nSort and place items in the proper warehouse areas.\nPrint supply orders using the procurement software for all locations for that day’s deliveries.\nAccurately pick and load supply orders into company vehicle for that day’s deliveries.\nAccurately fulfill all supply orders using the procurement software after picking all orders for the day.\nOperate company vehicles to distribute items/supplies to the proper departments/locations in a safe and timely manner, following a daily route as directed by the Purchasing Coordinator.\nFollow the guidance of the Purchasing Coordinator for all inventory deliveries and receiving’s.\nAssist all Springbrook subsidiaries with the movement of items as needed to the required destination under the direction of the Procurement Manager.\nAssist in shipping packages for commercial carriers.\nPick up and deliver mail on a prescribed schedule between Springbrook subsidiaries. \nAccurately perform physical count of inventory.\nClean and maintain warehouse and loading dock area as well as company vehicles weekly or as directed by Procurement Manager.\nReport any safety issues to the Procurement Manager immediately.\nMake recommendations that improve productivity to Procurement Manager.\nContributing to the efficient operation of the department by performing other related duties as deemed necessary by the Procurement Manager.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nQualifications, Skills and Knowledge Requirements: \nHigh school diploma and 2 years of experience working in a related field. \nAssociates degree in business or related field preferred.\nProficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, and Windows based programs required.\nProficiency in using Procurement software packages preferred.\nPossess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, have meticulous attention to details and able to prioritize and execute tasks fully. \nMust be able to lift 50 lbs. independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50 lbs.\nMeet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.\nMaintaining a valid NYS Driver’s license is a condition of
