Serás responsable de gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas en colegios particulares y escuelas oficiales, considerando los segmentos educativos preescolar, primaria y secundaria\nLa estrategia de ubicación(es) respalda la estructura del equipo y se alinea con las necesidades del negocio.\nPrincipales responsabilidades\nEjecutar el plan de visitas a colegios de la zona asignada, identificando oportunidades de negocio y desarrollando estrategias comerciales para su aprovechamiento.\nCumplir los objetivos y el plan comercial de la empresa, asegurando la ejecución efectiva de cada etapa del proceso de ventas.\nAplicar el Modelo de Ventas de la empresa con enfoque consultivo, generando relaciones de valor con las instituciones y sus tomadores de decisiones.\n Planificar actividades en CRM, mantener información actualizada, registrar visitas y capturar datos de mercado, competencia y adopciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones comerciales.\nAdministrar el inventario de muestras y reportar oportunamente los resultados a la Supervisión y Gerencia de Ventas.\nGestionar el fondo fijo, comprobar gastos y mantener actualizada la bitácora de automóvil conforme a los lineamientos establecidos.\nAnalizar el potencial de crecimiento de la zona, elaborar proyecciones de ventas, identificar cuentas clave, monitorear el desempeño frente a la competencia y presentar resultados e insights comerciales cuando se requiera.\n Atender a libreros y distribuidores, realizando presentaciones, capacitaciones y actividades de negociación para impulsar la adopción de productos y servicios.\n Experiencia, Conocimientos y Habilidades:\nLicenciatura terminada o trunca.\nMínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B.\nExperiencia en el uso de CRM para administrar clientes, oportunidades y actividades comerciales.\nExperiencia en manejo de pipeline comercial, seguimiento de oportunidades y cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.\nFacilidad para manejar plataformas digitales.\nExperiencia y dominio de venta consultiva, negociación, manejo de objeciones y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales.\nManejo de herramientas digitales, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 y plataformas tecnológicas y educativas.\nCapacidad para analizar datos, mercado / competencia, y convertir información en decisiones comerciales.\nComunicación efectiva, influencia y capacidad para relacionarse con diferentes niveles de interlocución.\nAlta orientación a resultados, iniciativa y capacidad para identificar nuevas oportunidades. \nOrganización, planeación y capacidad para priorizar actividades en campo.\nAdaptabilidad, curiosidad y disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías y formas de trabajo.\nTrabajo colaborativo con equipos internos y socios comerciales.\nLicencia de conducir vigente y manejo de automóvil estándar.\nResidir en Tlalpan o alrededores (Iztapalapa, Xochimilco, Coyoacán, Tlahuac)\nDisponibilidad para estar viajando dentro de la zona\nConocmiento del sector educativo (plus)\nAt Springer Nature, we value the diversity of our teams and work to build an inclusive culture, where people are treated fairly and can bring their differences to work and thrive.
