Receive and restock medications.\nMaintain any necessary QA logs, including but not limited to inventory logs, remittance statements, cleaning logs, temperature logs, and others.\nParticipate in training and orientation of new employees as needed.\nTechnician will be expected to cross-train to cover for Chemotherapy Admixture Technicians.\nComply with the Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.\nAdhere to all OSHA and Springfield Clinic training & accomplishments as required per policy.\nProvide excellent customer service and adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.\nPerform other job duties as assigned.\nEducation/Experience\nHigh School graduate or GED required.\n\nMinimum one (1) year of IV chemotherapy compounding experience is preferred, but not required.\n\nMinimum two (2) years of retail pharmacy experience is preferred.\n\nProven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environment.\n\nLicenses/Certificates\nCertified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) required.
