Purpose\nAssociate will rotate through a variety of machine and hand assembly jobs.\nJob Duties\n* Reading and understanding work orders\n* Making tickets and doing ticket transfers on Vision IS\n* Identifying quality flaws and bringing it to the lead's attention\n* Working with automatic screwdrivers, riveters and sonic welders\n* Packaging and using small scales, including lifting boxes and using pallet jack\n* Manual assembly of small parts using presses and hand held tools\n* Work on moving assembly lines such as auto-bagger or doboy to bag parts\n* Keep work areas clean and neat\n* Keep count of your production and record all counts accurately for each job\n* Meet production goals for each day on each job\n* Must rotate through all jobs\nEducation and Experience\n* High School diploma or equivalent\n* 3 months manufacturing experience\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n* Must be able the work on your own or as a team member\n* Must be quality and safety conscious\n* Must be able to work all overtime as needed\n* Be flexible in job assignments\n* Basic computer skills\n* Ability to meet job productivity expectations\nPhysical Requirements\n* Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently\n* Must be able to sit or stand for a ten hour shift\n* Must be able to push, pull, reach, bend and work overhead\n* Must be able to wear all required PPE\n* Must have strong hand/eye
