The Inside Sales Representative will manage our relationships with new and transfer dealers, support dealers with elite status as well as assist with take-offs and contract quoting. Supported by a dedicated sales and marketing team as well as the industry’s best customer service, this position represents an exciting opportunity to take this business to the next level.\nMission\nThis role will be primarily responsible for communicating with customers, understanding, and meeting their needs, as well as ensuring a smooth onboarding and/or transfer process. The ideal candidate will be collaborative in nature, with the ability to develop close relationships with our dealers and franchisees, as well as our dedicated marketers, field sales associates and customer service.\nObjectives\nPrimarily utilizing telephone, e-mail, and virtual methods, develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.\nFacilitate dealer onboarding program for new owners and transfers; assist with account set up, product training, industry knowledge, etc. to accelerate business development.\nMaintain dealer programs for discounts, sample, and display costs with all sales contacts for dealers with elite status. Keep dealers apprised of their co-op balance and other benefits.\nAnswering dealer’s questions and sending additional information via email (promotions, new products, etc.) and assist with order entry and/or large quote requests if necessary.\nConsistently gather, record and report information relating to competitor activity including product introductions, pricing, discounts and marketing programs in the CRM database.\nSet and meet sales goals and objectives aligned with organization goals established by leadership.\nStructure activities which drive dealer relationship development, product and sales training and sales growth.\nProvide training to dealer staff as an on-going element of the vendor-dealer relationship, including for new products and options.\nStrong phone presence and Zoom presentation skills.\nMaintain up to date call details and communicate dealer updates to appropriate departments which may include the Sales, Finance, Customer Service, CRM, Product Management, and Marketing departments.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh School Diploma required, Associate’s degree in general studies or business preferred\nWindow treatment or Interior design background is ideal\nCustomer Service experience preferred\nTechnical aptitude with Web conferencing, PowerPoint and Excel\nPublic speaking, presentation and facilitation skills required\nAbility to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing\nEffective professional sales presentation, discovery, and closing skills\nInitiative and drive to succeed in the window fashion industry\nMust have excellent sales personality -
