Performs systems analysis and occasionally has direct user or vendor contact in performing his/her duties.\nPosition Specific Objectives/Expected Outcomes\n60% Application Development Responsibilities:\nWorks closely with users in defining user requirements and developing functional specifications on small projects.\nParticipates in application design reviews for applications being developed.\nActively participates in application programming development.\nMaintains existing application software code and integration components.\nAssists in user and system testing activities.\nParticipates in production implementation of tested applications.\nAdheres to SWF programming and quality assurance standards/methodology.\nParticipates in supporting applications used by functional area he/she supports\n30% Project Support Responsibilities:\nOrganizes and manages individual projects or portions of large projects. This includes the identification of project tasks, organization of project teams, and development of detailed project work plans. \nOversees the technical management of the project and ensures project efforts are coordinated to meet project objectives, budgets, and completion dates.\nOversees the support effort for assigned production systems.\nReports to management on support efforts and issues.\nMaintains a high degree of technology awareness of hardware and software in areas of project responsibility.\nParticipates in evaluation of new software products and processes for functional area/he/she supports.\n5% Team Support Responsibilities:\nWorks on teams and building teaming skills as part of IDP.
