Full ownership.\nWe are growing our .NET engineering team and are in a serch of senior full-stack engineers. The team builds the Invoicetrack platform, from the back-end services to the interfaces customers work in, in close collaboration with product management.\nYou are a senior engineer with real ownership. You design, build and run what you ship, and you help shape how the team works. One of these roles carries stronger technical leadership: setting standards, guiding design decisions and raising the quality of the whole team. If that is you, tell us\nHow we build?\nSpringtime is AI native. AI is part of how we build software and part of what we ship.\n- Work with AI agents daily. Tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot are your default way of working, and you know what to delegate and when to take the wheel.\n- Own what AI produces. You give agents clear context and review their output critically, accountable for its correctness and security.\n- Writes AI ready specs with testable acceptance criteria before any code is written.\n- Hands whole tasks to AI coding agents and checks the output against the spec.\n- Has the agent write tests first; nothing merges until CI and coverage checks pass.\n- Reviews by outcome, not line by line, and improves the team’s shared skills and conventions\n- Raise the team’s game. Share prompts, tools, skills and workflows that work. In the technical leadership role, set the standards for how the team works with AI.\nWhat will you do?\nShip software finance teams rely on.\nBuild across the stack. Design and deliver features end to end, from .NET 10 services and RESTful APIs to React front ends, and agree clear API contracts with the front-end engineers you build them with.\nShape the architecture. Lead back-end architecture and data modelling decisions on SQL Server, applying clean architecture and domain-driven design so the platform stays scalable, fast and maintainable.\nSet the quality bar. Establish coding standards and best practices through code review, design discussion and example, and give feedback that helps other engineers improve.\nWork with product. Turn product problems into technical solutions with the product manager, and push back when there is a simpler or better way.\nRun what you build. Work with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes deployments and monitoring, and keep improving the performance, security and scalability of services in production for enterprise customers.\nGrow the team. Share knowledge, support other engineers and help hire the people who join after you.\nWhat will you bring?\nA senior engineer who makes a difference.\nSenior .NET experience. 5+ years building production back-end systems in C#, ASP.NET and Entity Framework, including .NET 10, with strong fundamentals in performance and a real affinity for good code design, refactoring and testability. You are also comfortable working with legacy systems on .NET Framework 4.8.\nAn AI-first way of working. You use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude as your default in daily development, not occasionally.\nAPIs, systems and data. Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems, working with Elasticsearch, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and various Azure services, and building on relational databases such as SQL Server.\nFull-stack skills. Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, including state management libraries and integrating front ends with back-end APIs.\nTesting and delivery. Experience with xUnit or NUnit and integration testing, and a working understanding of CI/CD pipelines.\nCollaboration. You work well with engineers, product managers and DevOps, and you make the people around you better. You are at home in Jira and Confluence.\nAmbition and drive. You want to make a difference, take ownership and hold yourself to a high standard.\nTechnical leadership. A track record of setting standards or leading technical decisions is a strong plus, and essential for one of the two roles.\nSaaS experience. You speak the language of outcomes with CFOs and GBS leaders, with excellent English skills and enough technical depth to challenge product and simplify it for our market.
