You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations. \nResponsibilities: \nSupport the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management. \n\nAssist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. \n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner. \n\nContribute ideas for process improvement and optimization. \n\nPerform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests. \n\nAdhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security. \n\nComplete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. \n\nRequirements\nDecent Graduate with a strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. \n\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. \n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. \n\nDetail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data. \n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. \n\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. \n\nFamiliarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred. \n\nAs part of our initial screening process, we request you to complete a short AI Interview of 10 mins duration. When that happens, you'll be compensated for your extra efforts. \n\nOvertime (OT): If you’re required to work on Sundays or night shifts, you’ll receive overtime pay as per company policy.
