Job Description
Sprinklr is looking for Software Engineer interns who have strong competencies in data structures and algorithms. If you desire to work alongside high performing teams that are responsible for full product life cycles, and want to solve challenging problems, Sprinklr is the best workplace to be in. Contribute actively to brainstorming discussions and help shape ideas across technology, algorithms, and products.
Dive into challenging technical problems and consistently deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.
Build reusable code, components, and libraries that strengthen long-term engineering efficiency.
Develop full-stack features and rapidly construct minimum-viable products when needed.
Stay curious and proactive about new tools, frameworks, and digital technologies relevant to our ecosystem.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Strong programming fundamentals with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java and Python code.
Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in delivering on commitments.
Comfortable working across the full stack and picking up requirements in an open, ambiguous, or fast-shifting environment.
Ability to build and ship quickly while maintaining technical rigor.
A collaborative, positive attitude and a strong work ethic-someone who uplifts the team and contributes to a healthy engineering culture.
Stay curious and proactive about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, frameworks, and techniques that can improve engineering productivity and product capabilities.
Hands-on exposure to AI coding/development tools for coding, debugging, testing, or prototyping.
