Job Description
Overview
Sprinklr is looking for a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and drive revenue growth through advanced solution design and strategic customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Design and present customized solutions using Sprinklr’s AI-powered Unified-CXM platform.
- Collaborate with Sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into customer environments.
- Showcase advanced automation solutions, including agentic AI and AI-powered workflows.
- Architect scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient enterprise solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, API integrations, and multi- and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Lead key pre-sales activities such as executive presentations, technical workshops, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Partner with the broader Sprinklr ecosystem to validate requirements and deliver “art-of-the-possible” demonstrations.
- Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to enterprise experience solutions.
- Travel up to 40% and remain local to key customer regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments.
- 5+ years designing solutions within CCaaS platforms
- Arabic Language is required for this territory
- Experience implementing AI-driven solutions for martech and social platforms.
- Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9).
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or industry engagement.
- Proven ability to lead deep architectural discovery engagements.
