Sprinklr’s unified platform provides powerful solutions for every customer-facing team - spanning social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback, and omnichannel contact center management - enabling enterprises to unify data, break down silos, and act on real-time insights.\nToday, 1,900+ enterprises and 60% of the Fortune 100 rely on Sprinklr to help them deliver consistent, trusted customer experiences worldwide.\nJob Description\n\nJob Description\nThe Technical Platform Architect (TPA) leads the design and architecture of scalable enterprise solutions using Sprinklr’s products and services, including Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).\nWorking across the customer lifecycle, the TPA partners with customers, Sales, Solution Consulting, Engagement Management, Implementation, Product and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSolution Architecture & Design\nLead technical solution design for complex enterprise implementations.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture and detailed solution designs.\nProvide architectural guidance during scoping, implementation and optimisation.\nIdentify technical, integration, security and delivery risks and recommend appropriate solutions.\nEnsure architecture aligns with customer objectives, platform capabilities and implementation best practices.\nTechnical Governance\nEstablish and promote architecture, configuration and integration best practices.\nReview solution designs, workflows and configurations to support platform scalability and maintainability.\nEnsure appropriate testing, sandbox and deployment practices are followed.\nDevelop reusable architectural patterns, templates and technical documentation.\nDelivery & Customer Partnership\nProvide technical oversight throughout implementation, testing, deployment and handover.\nAct as a trusted technical adviser to customers and internal stakeholders.\nPartner across teams to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.\nMaintain awareness of strategic initiatives across assigned accounts to support architectural consistency and continuity.\nThought Leadership\nShare technical best practices and lessons learned across customer engagements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer outcomes through architecture, platform capabilities and innovation.\nProvide customer and implementation insights to Product, Engineering and other internal teams.\nWhat Makes You Qualified\n8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting or related roles.\nExperience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions, ideally within CCaaS, contact centre technology, enterprise SaaS or digital transformation.\nStrong knowledge of contact centre architecture, telephony, cloud technologies, networking, security and enterprise integrations.\nExperience with APIs, webhooks and integration technologies, including REST and SOAP.\nUnderstanding of enterprise authentication patterns, including SAML, SSO and OAuth.\nWorking knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.\nExperience translating business objectives into technical architectures, roadmaps and requirements.\nStrong understanding of software development and implementation lifecycle practices.\nStrong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work effectively across customers and cross-functional teams in a global environment.\nWe focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers.
