SPRINT PAY TECHNOLOGY RECRUTE UN TECH LEAD

Rattaché au DSI, vous pilotez l'équipe de développement, garantissez l'excellence technique des projets et concevez des architectures logicielles performantes et sécurisées.

POSTE ET LOCALISATION

  • POSTE : Tech Lead
  • SERVICE : Informatique / Développement
  • RATTACHEMENT : DSI
  • LIEU : SPRINT-PAY (Yaoundé)

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Encadrer et mentorer l'équipe de développement tout en effectuant les revues de code
  • Définir l'architecture technique (microservices, API REST) et développer les modules critiques
  • Garantir les standards de qualité, de sécurité applicative et de CI/CD
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, DevOps et Sécurité pour respecter les délais et limiter la dette technique

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Bac+5 en Informatique ou Génie Logiciel
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel
  • Au moins une expérience en encadrement technique
  • Maîtrise des architectures microservices et API REST
  • Bonne maîtrise de Git
  • Maîtrise des outils CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Bonne connaissance de SonarQube
  • Maîtrise des méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
