Working under the guidance of the IT Manager, you’ll help ensure field clinicians have reliable, secure, and fully functional devices so they can deliver high-quality care in patients’ homes.\nFrom day one, you’ll contribute to clinician readiness, device uptime, and smooth field operations by keeping technology running and issues resolved quickly.\nRole Responsbilities\nPrepare, configure, and ship field technology kits (mobile diagnostic tools, tablets, mobile phones, vitals devices, etc.) to clinical staff\n\nSupport onboarding and offboarding of field technology users, ensuring systems, devices, and accounts are correctly configured\n\nPerform Tier 2 troubleshooting and technical support for field staff, escalating complex issues as needed\n\nMonitor device status, inventory, and service requests to maintain high equipment uptime\n\nAssist in maintaining device management systems (e.g., Iru, Jamf Pro, or similar) and connectivity to core applications\n\nFollow established protocols for device security, data protection, and HIPAA compliance\n\nCoordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and returns with vendors and service partners\n\nProvide basic training and user guidance to field clinicians on device operation and troubleshooting\n\nDocument support processes, incidents, and asset tracking updates\n\nOutcomes + metrics you will directly influence:\nProvider readiness and productivity\n\nField technology uptime and availability\n\nSpeed and effectiveness of issue resolution for field devices\n\nAccuracy and completeness of device inventory and lifecycle tracking\n\nSecurity, privacy, and HIPAA compliance across field technology\n\nAbout you:\nExperience: 1-2 years of experience providing IT or field technical support, ideally in healthcare, field service, or mobile operations.\n\nTechnical foundation: Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems, remote support tools, and iOS/iPadOS environments.\n\nTroubleshooting skills: Working knowledge of connectivity, basic networking issues, and device setup for mobile teams.\n\nSecurity-aware: Understanding of data privacy and security best practices; HIPAA familiarity preferred.\n\nCustomer-focused: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.\n\nOrganized: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, tickets, and inventory updates efficiently.\n\nFlexible: Willingness to travel occasionally to support clinician onboarding or equipment setup.\n\nBonus points if you have:\nStartup experience in health tech or patient support operations\n\nExperience supporting distributed or field-based clinical teams\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Iru, Jamf Pro, Zendesk, or TeamViewer\n\nKnowledge of clinical or diagnostic devices, Bluetooth pairing, and wireless troubleshooting\n\nCompTIA, Mobility+, or other relevant IT certifications\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary and equity grant\n\n100% medical, dental, and vision premiums covered (for you + your family)\n\n401(k) matching\n\nOpportunity to make an immediate impact in a mission-driven healthcare startup\n\nSprinter Health is an equal opportunity employer.
