We are looking for a Director to build Professional Services into a high-quality, commercially sustainable function that delivers stronger customer outcomes. You will define the services, pricing, and delivery model, lead a focused consulting team, and oversee audit delivery partnerships. Insights from customers, delivery teams, and auditors will also help improve Sprinto’s product.\nWhere you'll leave your mark?\nBuild Professional Services\nDefine Sprinto’s Professional Services portfolio across GRC, information security, risk, privacy, and compliance.\n\nConvert customer needs into clearly defined offerings, scopes of work, delivery plans, and pricing.\n\nEstablish when Professional Services should be introduced into an account and when the customer should work with an independent external provider.\n\nBuild repeatable delivery methods without reducing complex compliance work to a checklist.\n\nCreate a model that is chargeable and commercially sensible while keeping customer and compliance outcomes at its centre.\n\nDevelop the team structure, capability plan, utilization model, and quality standards needed to scale the function.\n\nLead Delivery Quality\nEnsure that services are delivered consistently, responsibly, and within the agreed scope.\n\nEstablish quality reviews, escalation mechanisms, delivery metrics, and customer feedback loops.\n\nProtect the integrity and authenticity of compliance evidence produced or managed during an engagement.\n\nMake clear distinctions between enabling a compliance program, preparing a customer for an audit, and independently issuing an audit opinion or certification.\n\nStep into complex customer situations where deeper GRC, delivery, or solution expertise is required.\n\nLead Audit Delivery Partnerships\nDefine the strategy and operating model for Sprinto’s audit and assurance partner ecosystem.\n\nEstablish appropriate partner-selection, onboarding, coverage, capacity, and quality standards.\n\nMaintain clear safeguards around auditor independence, conflicts of interest, referral transparency, evidence integrity, and customer choice.\n\nEnsure commercial arrangements with audit firms are non-contingent and do not depend on a customer receiving a favourable audit outcome.\n\nBuild senior relationships with audit and assurance firms while preserving the independence of their professional judgment.\n\nProvide direction to the function while a dedicated team member manages day-to-day partner operations as the team grows.\n\nImprove the Product and Customer Journey\nWork closely with Product to convert recurring delivery, customer, and auditor feedback into product improvements.\n\nIdentify where customers struggle with controls, evidence, integrations, workflows, or audit preparation.\n\nHelp Sprinto distinguish problems that should be solved through services from those that should ultimately be solved through the product.\n\nPartner with Sales and Customer Success to identify the right service for the right customer and set realistic expectations.\n\nEnable customer-facing teams to explain Sprinto’s Professional Services offerings accurately and responsibly.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDuring your first year, we expect you to:\nLaunch a clear and relevant Professional Services portfolio.\n\nEstablish standard scopes, pricing, delivery methods, and quality measures.\n\nBuild a strong initial delivery team and improve consistency across customer engagements.\n\nCreate a commercially sustainable model without turning the function into a quota-led sales organization.\n\nImprove customer compliance and audit experiences without compromising evidence integrity or auditor independence.\n\nBuild a structured audit partner operating model with clear governance and accountability.\n\nCreate a reliable feedback loop through which services and auditor insights improve Sprinto’s product and compliance programs.\n\nThe kind of builder we're looking for -\nApproximately 10-15 years of experience across Professional Services, GRC, technology risk, information security, compliance, audit readiness, or risk advisory.\n\nExperience building, leading, or scaling a client-facing Professional Services or risk-advisory function.\n\nStrong grounding in security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or related standards.\n\nExperience defining service offerings, scopes of work, delivery models, pricing, and operating metrics.\n\nA track record of leading consulting or delivery teams and maintaining a high bar for customer outcomes.\n\nThe ability to understand both the commercial and professional obligations of audit and assurance firms.\n\nSound judgment around evidence integrity, conflicts of interest, customer choice, and auditor independence.\n\nExperience working with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, security, compliance, and external audit firms.\n\nThe ability to operate in a growing company where the function, team, and operating model are still being built.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, with the credibility to advise customers and senior practitioners independently.\n\nExperience in a Big Four or another respected technology-risk, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk-advisory practice would be particularly
