As a Market Research & Enrichment Intern, you'll dig into companies, industries, and markets to figure out which accounts fit Sprinto and which people inside them matter. Your research becomes the foundation our Sales and Marketing teams build campaigns on.\nThis isn't a \"copy names into a sheet\" internship. You'll learn how modern B2B companies decide who to sell to, and you'll get sharp at finding signal in messy, scattered, publicly available information.\nIf you like puzzles, get satisfaction from a clean and well organised dataset, and enjoy going down research rabbit holes, you'll enjoy this one.\nWhere you'll leave your mark?\nRun primary and secondary research to build a picture of companies, industries, markets, and customers\nFind and organise information from public sources into something the team can actually act on\nIdentify relevant companies and contacts against clearly defined research criteria\nCollect, validate, and structure research data in spreadsheets and internal systems\nKeep our research databases accurate and current, and flag what's gone stale\nAnalyse what you find and turn it into summaries, reports, and presentations\nPull together market, account, and customer insights that feed Sales and Marketing initiatives\nLearn and apply the research methodologies, tools, and processes the team runs on\nWork closely with your manager and teammates on ongoing research projects\nThe kind of builder we're looking for -\nYou're a fresher or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or something adjacent\nYou've already done at least 3 months as a Marketing Research Intern, so you know what real research work feels like\nYou're good at finding things. Give you a half-formed question and you'll come back with sources, structure, and a point of view\nYou're comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and can keep a large dataset clean without being told twice\nYou're detail-obsessed.
