This key personnel position will serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the directorate and ensure technical activities are coordinated, documented, and completed in accordance with program requirements. The Task Lead will oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel, facilitate communication with Government stakeholders, monitor performance, and ensure the quality and efficiency of contract execution. The position must have the authority to make binding decisions for the contractor organization and proactively identify technical, contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations.\nWhat Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):\nProvide overall management and oversight of assigned contractor and subcontractor personnel.\n\nServe as the primary contractor point of contact for the directorate.\n\nCoordinate enterprise architecture, data, infrastructure, operational support, and related technical activities.\n\nFacilitate communication between Government stakeholders and contractor teams.\n\nAssign and coordinate work across technical teams and monitor progress against requirements.\n\nTrack and document requirements, activities, risks, decisions, and performance using industry-standard practices.\n\nEnsure services and deliverables meet PWS requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance expectations.\n\nProvide visibility into technical, staffing, contractual, programmatic, and resource risks.\n\nSupport the Government’s financial and business processes without performing inherently governmental functions.\n\nMaintain the authority to make binding decisions for the contractor organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.\n\nSupport enterprise architecture and data initiatives involving cloud and on-premises environments, data governance, business intelligence, interoperability, and system integration.\n\nPromote coordination among enterprise architecture, data, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and operational support teams.\n\nSupport documentation, reporting, quality control, stakeholder communication, and continuous Government monitoring and evaluation.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):\nTS/SCI clearance eligibility.\n\nActive Project Management Professional certification.\n\nExperience leading enterprise IT, enterprise architecture, data management, cloud, cybersecurity, or operational support teams.\n\nExperience managing contractor and subcontractor personnel in a complex technical environment.\n\nExperience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other Federal IT programs.\n\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture, hybrid-cloud environments, data governance, business intelligence, data lakes, APIs, and system interoperability.\n\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, and configuration management.\n\nFamiliarity with the DoD Architecture Framework, Risk Management Framework, ATO or continuous ATO processes, and DoD 8140 workforce requirements.\n\nExperience managing technical requirements, schedules, risks, performance metrics, and customer deliverables.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing Government and executive stakeholders.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3428,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":true,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Information Security","IT Consulting & Digital Transformation"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T20:33:23Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":43,"reasons":["conf:3","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-29T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":225000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/spry-methods-inc-enterprise-architect-program-manager-tssci","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/spry-methods-inc-enterprise-architect-program-manager-tssci.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-30T03:28:50Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2446,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2554,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-01T00:00:00Z"}}}
