About The Role:
We are seeking a super-talented HR Coordinator to join our Global People Team. At Commify, we recognise that our people are our biggest asset, and we are now looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support our People team in Lyon and Nice, with responsibility for a diverse HR and Payroll administration service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Life Cycle & Onboarding: Manage all lifecycle processes, including offer letters, contracts, pre-employment screening, right-to-work checks, inductions, probationary confirmations, contract amendments, and offboarding process.
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage France payroll and support global and EMEA-wide payroll operations, administer employee benefits, and liaise with third-party payroll providers while ensuring regional legislative compliance.
- HR Operations & Systems: Maintain accurate employee data in HiBOB (HRIS), manage JML processes, keep the HR Drive compliant, and ensure process updates are communicated to Finance and providers.
- Recruitment: Support the Global Talent and Development team for regional recruitments.
- Employee & Labor Relations (CSE): Support the French team with labor law compliance, manage CSE union relations, including negotiations and drafting official minutes (procès-verbaux), and foster positive employee relations.
- Health & Safety Compliance (France): Ensure compliance with French occupational health and safety regulations, including managing occupational health visits (Médecine du Travail), maintaining the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUERP), tracking workplace accidents, and supporting safety initiatives in coordination with the CSE.
- Support & Escalations: Manage the HR Inbox for general queries and escalate complex issues or process exceptions with timely communication.
- Reporting & Projects: Prepare management reports and collaborate on strategic HR projects, such as system implementations, workflow creation, and process mapping.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Proven track record in a matrix organisation and HR Shared Services Centre with solid hands-on experience in HR administration, EMEA payroll management support, and complex HRIS. International experience is essential.
- Labor Relations Expertise: Solid background in managing CSE relations (fewer than 50 employees), with proven experience in negotiation and drafting formal CSE meeting minutes.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong data skills, with the ability to analyse employee survey results to implement targeted action plans and resolve internal issues.
- Interpersonal & Empathy: Exceptional empathy, strong relational intelligence, and excellent communication skills to handle sensitive employee matters and union interactions.
- Core Attributes: Reliable accuracy, careful attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility toward compliance.
- Communication: Fluent in French (native level) and highly proficient in English.
