Working closely with Product Managers, QA, and cross-functional teammates, you will bring features to life while advocating for usability, performance, accessibility, and high technical standards.\nIf you are a proactive developer who cares about real-world customer outcomes, enjoys working with modern web technologies, and embraces collaborative agile engineering, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nFeature Development: Design, code, test, and refactor web, desktop, and mobile user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.\nProduct Collaboration: Work alongside Product Owners and Managers to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and estimate work to ensure we deliver meaningful value to users.\nTesting & Quality: Maintain a strong unit and component testing discipline, collaborate with QA colleagues across the testing pyramid, and perform ad-hoc exploratory testing.\nContinuous Delivery: Maintain and build on CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot build issues, and support smooth deployment processes.\nEngineering Practice: Follow and shape design patterns, flag technical debt, participate in constructive code reviews, and build with security, performance, and accessibility in mind.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEssential:\nModern Frontend Tech: Proven experience building web applications using modern component-based frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue (we use Angular, but welcome transferable framework skills).\nCore Web Stack: Strong hands-on proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.\nAPI Integration: Hands-on experience consuming and integrating RESTful or web APIs.\nTesting Discipline: Solid unit and component testing habits built directly into your day-to-day workflow.\nPragmatic AI Usage: Practical experience using AI coding assistants in your daily workflow-with the critical mindset to critique, refine, or reject generated code.\n Agile & DevOps: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban, TDD/BDD) and experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.\nCommunication: Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.\nDesirable (Bonus points if you have):\nSpecific Angular experience, including state management and component testing.\nExperience building desktop or mobile apps using web technologies (we use Electron and Capacitor).\nExperience with real-time UI features (e.g. SignalR, WebSockets).\nFull-stack capability or backend experience with C#/.NET (or similar) and basic SQL/Azure knowledge.\nExperience working with design systems and a strong eye for UI/UX accessibility.\nExperience leveraging AI tools beyond code generation (e.g., test generation, documentation, legacy refactoring).\nBenefits\nCompetitive Salary (£45 -
