You will also develop expertise in our industry, our products, and our users and play an active role in the education and enablement of our user community.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitating discovery sessions with both internal and external stakeholders to refine existing product features and uncover new features\nManaging and evaluating product ideas from multiple sources both internal and external\nFacilitating feedback loops throughout the development cycle to ensure ideas translate to valuable products\nWorking closely with a Development Team Lead to ensure the successful delivery of product\nEngaging with Service Delivery on specific project requirements and influencing customer transition timelines\nSupporting the Development team through the SCRUM sprint cycles\nLiaise with Customer Success to identify patterns and trends in customer issues and enhancement requests\nProviding demonstrations of your products to internal and external stakeholders\nNew feature education to support user enablement -
