We have two shift patterns available - days or nights! We would love to hear from qualified candidates with great automotive electrical knowledge and any ex-Forces personnel with an engineering apprenticeship qualification, and experienced engineers from other automotive sectors looking for a change.\nDayshift\n£21.54 per hour\nMinimum 37 hours per week\n£ 41,442 per annum\n5 days over 7 (including 1 weekend in 3)\n6am-2pm\n£2,000 joining bonus!\nFurther pay increase scheduled for April 2027\nIn this hands-on role, you'll keep vehicles running safely and reliably by diagnosing electrical faults, completing repairs and replacing parts when needed. You'll carry out scheduled electrical testing and any installations, routine inspections and preventative maintenance. You'll also make sure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with regulations and health and safety standards.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA Level 3 NVQ/SVQ or City & Guilds equivalent in vehicle maintenance & repair with a focus on electrics \nExperience working on HGV or PSV would be beneficial\nA valid UK driving licence\nStrong attention to detail and a passion for mechanics\n*Joining Bonus - terms apply.
